Sherwood K. Haynes

Graduate Physics Award

This award goes to the year's "Outstanding Graduate Student(s) in Physics or Astrophysics." It is named after the late Dr. Sherwood K. Haynes, former Professor and Chair of the MSU Physics Department, beginning in 1958 until 1970, and President of the AAPT, 1974-75.
