Students in phy231 who are members of the Honors College can qualify for Honors in the course by achieving at least a 3.0 grade and by tutoring in the help room for a minimum of 3 hours per week. You will find the experience rewarding, since answering questions often deepens your own understanding of the logic and power of scientific thinking, and greatly helps your communications skill -- both very important for your career development, no matter what your chosen field is.
