The Kellogg Center is a nice 15 minute walk away from the BPS building. To make your reservation at the Kellogg Hotel, go to their reservations web site or

The special rate is under "D Zero Workshop ". It is $89.00 per night plus tax, held until May 18, 2007.

2. Owen Graduate Center
in close proxmimity to the BPS building (2 minute walk) on the MSU campus. The rooms are suite-style, with one bed per room. Two rooms share a bathroom. The rate is $34.00 per day plus tax, which includes a meal allowance of $8 at Owen dining hall. Parking at Owen Hall is also included. Note that these rooms don't have air conditioning.
To make a reservation, please call 517-355-5068 or send email to wanderso@msu.edu. In the email, specify your arrival and departure dates, gender, and smoking preference. Also mention that this is for the D0 workshop.

3. Candlewood Suites

A special rate of $76.00 plus tax is available under group name "DZero Workshop". Please make your reservation before May 17 in order to receive this rate.
To make the reservation via the web page, use group booking code "DZE" under the "Corporate, Group, & IATA Identification heading". Each room has a little kitchen area with refridgerator, stove, and microwave.

If you are staying in the Candlewood, then you get access to facilities in the University Club. The University Club, which is in the same building as Candlewood Suites, offers childcare as well as special activities for children during the workshop week in the form of full-day or half-day camps.
