VME for L2

• We are not using the CDF J1/J2 backplane. We are using the standard
  VME-64 J1/J2 backplane -- no mods. "Equipment Specifications" gives the VIPA crate specs.
• The main Rittal Subrack page at ESD includes some other documentation.
