Welcome to the homepage of the MSU high-energy theory group. Research in the group encompasses beam physics, QCD, electroweak symmetry breaking, beyond-the-standard-model scenarios, and Tevatron-, LHC-, HERA-, and NLC-phenomenology. The group has close interactions with the active Michigan State HEP experimental group. It also has strong participation in CTEQ - a national Collaboration of theorists and experimentalists.
This website introduces the members and activities of the High Energy Theory group.
The "People" tab provides biographical and contact information about the faculty, research associates, staff, and students of the High-Energy Theory group.
Three separate sections ("Beam", "Electroweak", "QCD") describe the varied theoretical research efforts currently underway in the group. Overviews of our topical focus areas, special initiatives, and international collaborations are included here.
The "Outreach" tab showcases the involvement of the HET group in public education. It includes materials that group members have created and that others are welcome to download for use in their own outreach programs.
