Lupus, the wolf:

An ancient, but faint constellation found in the southern skies. It has no bright stars and was sometimes combined with the constellation of Centaurus, the centaur. The constellation is always low in the sky, south of Libra the scales and is difficult to see from the northern half of the United States.
