Triangulum Australe, the southern triangle:
Unlike its northern counterpart, Triangulum, this constellation
is a modern creation. Created in 1603 by Johann Bayer, it is meant
to represent the triangle tool used by carpenters and navigators.
The constellation is found near the bright star of Rigel Kentaurus
(Alpha Centauri) so is nearly impossible to see from most of the
United States.
