Event Day: We have two options, assign volunteers to put the product on ice as early as possible the morning of the Walk, or do this before we leave the site during Friday set-up and store the coolers overnight in the Athletic Building.

Notes: Need to confirm that donor will provide coffee service (deliver pre-brewed coffee in insulated units for walkers). Regular and decaffeinated is needed. Would be ideal for donor to provide cups and related supplies such as creamer, sugar packs, non-dairy creamer and stirrers. Coffee will be set up in Refreshment Tent. Coffee needs to be on site by 8:00 a.m. for volunteers. With an official start time of 10 a.m., only a small quantity is needed. Approximately 75 cups.

booked for 8/6, but they cannot confirm with Barb until July.  Costume for McGruff has been secured. Lisa and Dave Klingbiel to bring the day of the Walk and secure volunteer to wear costume from 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

7/15/05 (JH):   WKAR says they are prohibited by law from advertisting any fund-raising events not related to their function so no broadcasts on WKAR are possible.
