Building a Microfluidic Mixer
These chips are designed to be fabricated from silicon (for visible fluorescence only) or fused silica (for UV fluorescence or UV-vis absorption).  Most steps of fabrication can be performed in any large clean room facility but to etch fused silica requires an ULVAC NLD570 Oxide etcher.  We use the etcher at UCLA Nanolab
