CAPA Request

• First day of classes: Ms. Felicia Berryman, the CAPA coordinator, will be available for ADDING students to the class list and printing additional assignments in the Physics/Astronomy Building in Room 103 during the first day of classes (Monday 8/30), from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. This should take care of most students who added since the CAPA assignments were printed.
  To process your request, please

  • Print and fill out the CAPA request form.
  • Get the CAPA Request Form initialed by the professor and ask the CAPA coordinator (above) for a printed assignment.

• Rest of the semester: CAPA assignments will be distributed during the lecture. Afterwards, they will be placed in the pigeon holes outside Rm. 118 PA.

  In case that you misplace your assignment and forget your CAPA ID, you may

  • request a duplicate CAPA ID by email.
  • Using this ID, you can connect to the CAPA login page and print your own assignment.
