PHYSICS 184: PLC Feedback

Fall 1999

In order to improve your learning experience, I'd like to ask you several questions, in particular regarding the CAPA / PLC (Physics Learning Center in B-2 North Kedzie) "Help Room" set-up.

This is purely voluntary. Place your filled responses (not more than one per student, please), into the shelf outside 118 PA.

  1. When (DAY/DATE) did you use the PLC last?

  2. When (DAY/TIME) do you USE THE PLC most often? WHY?

  3. Who (NAME) of the INSTRUCTORS was helping you?

  4. Were the instructors RECOGNIZABLE (by NAME TAGS)?

  5. Did you feel that their ASSISTANCE WAS HELPFUL for your understanding?
