Each registered student is expected to give a 10-minute presentation on a Nanotechnology topic related to his/her current research (or his/her interest). The topics should be agreed upon with the instructor. The Student Presentations will take place on the last two days of the course.
Please bring your presentation on a CLEAN memory stick (containing only the presentation) or a CD to the lecture. Acceptable formats are PowerPoint and pdf. The first/title page should contain your TITLE and NAME. Make sure that your file is self-contained on your memory stick. In PowerPoint, you can achieve this by clicking File -> Package for CD -> Copy to Folder -> Your Memory Stick. Test run your presentation on a friend's PC! Make sure not to use strange (e.g. Asian) fonts.
All participants will receive THIS evaluation sheet to "grade" each presentation. Your presentation grade will be based on these grades and mine.
