REQUEST AN APPLICATION

You may submit an application directly to the University Admissions Office by selecting on line application. Your material will be sent to the Physics and Astronomy Department when Admissions has received your completed application, including transcripts, letters of reference and GRE scores. Please direct any questions regarding your application directly to the University Admissions Office.

If you would like an application sent to you via regular mail, select mail me an application and a paper application will be mailed to you. Send your completed application and all supporting materials to the Physics and Astronomy Department. If you have any questions regarding your application package requested via regular mail contact the Physics and Astronomy Department.
