Instruments:
SOI = SOAR Optical Imager: takes pictures of sky in visible light.
OSIRIS = Ohio State Infrared Imaging Spectrograph: takes spectra at infrared wavelengths.

Goodman = Goodman High Throughput Spectrograph; takes spectra in visible light.

Spartan = Spartan Infrared Camera; takes pictures of sky in infrared light.

Most MSU observations with SOAR are conducted from the SOAR Remote Observing Room, viewable from the south end of the atrium of the Biomedical Physical Science Building on the MSU campus. We invite you to come look in on us during the early evenings of our observing nights (although please note that the building is locked up later in the evening and on weekends).
