Science Theatre's policy on cancellations

Science Theatre takes cancellations very seriously because our performances are designed to include every volunteer who has declared their intent to participate. Volunteers who cancel their participation in a show thrust their responsibilities onto others and will subject their fellow performers and our hosts at schools to significant inconvenience. If an emergency arises and you need to cancel, please contact the officer leading your show as soon as possible.
