  • a National Science Foundation grant for start-up funding in 1991.
  • the Michigan State University's Department Physics-Astronomy Outreach Award in 1992 and 1997.
  • the 1993 AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) Award for Public Understanding of Science and Technology.
  • the American Institute of Physics Meggars Award in 1993.
  • three Website awards as presented on the Welcome page.
  • Science Theatre has been recognized in the media by:

  • the Lansing State Journal's Spotlight on Science October 30, 1991.
  • Natural Science's Vol V #2 Fall/Winter 1991/1992 and Vol XII #1 Spring/Summer 1998.
  • CNN's "Science and Technology Week" and "Headline News"
